Refund and Returns Policy

Terms Of Sale

1. Products are offered for resale only.
2. Upon approval, orders will be shipped with net 30 days term.
3. Credit Card Accounts must have valid payment information to avoid delays.
4. Back ordered items will be noted on your invoice.
5. Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Past due invoices are subject to a monthly finance charge of 1% per month. All collection charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

-Most items sold by Zhen Zhu Inc. can be returned within 15 days for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the shipping cost.

-Items returned without a prior authorization and/or without a RA number may be subject to a $15.00 charge.

-Damaged Items: Full refund within 15 days of delivery – many carries elect to inspect damaged merchandise and the original packaging (master carton and/or inner product). Claims will not be honored if the merchandise is not available for inspection. Do not return damaged items, we will arrange to pick up.

-Defective Items: Full refund on defective product within 15 days of delivery. We will pay the return shipping cost if applicable.

-Incorrect Items: Full refund incorrect product within 15 days of delivery. We will pay the return shipping cost if applicable.

Partial refunds may be issued for the following:

    –          Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

    –          Items not in their original condition.

    –          Items returned without prior authorization and/or RA number.

– No refunds or exchanges for closeouts, discontinued, personalized or specially priced merchandise.
